From Harvest to Bottling
At Quinta Linhas da Primavera, the production of our wines is a true art. The process begins with the harvest, done manually, to ensure that the grapes are selected at the ideal moment of ripeness.
After harvesting, the grapes are carefully transported to the winery, where they undergo a gentle pressing process and controlled fermentation. At every stage, attention to detail is fundamental, with techniques that respect tradition, but incorporate innovations that optimize the flavour and quality of the final product. Ageing takes place in selected oak barrels, which add complexity and depth to the wine, before bottling and distribution.
